Timothy M. Griffin, 66, of State Rt. 12, husband of Patricia L, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013, at the Syracuse Veteran's Administration Medical Center, after a brief illness. Tim was born in Utica, on September 21, 1946, a son of Donald and Betty McKelvey Griffin.
